Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in fine diamond, colored gemstone, platinum, and gold jewelry purchased directly from Vivid Sparkle.

Warranty Duration
The warranty lasts for six months from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. During this period, we offer free repairs for jewelry within six months of purchase at no charge. If you need a repair after the six-month window or if we determine that the damage was caused by mishandling, you will incur an additional repair fee. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis . Pricing may vary depending on the work needed and is subject to change after inspection. Please note, the warranty is void if the item is transferred, gifted, or resold.

Guarantees
All jewelry is guaranteed to be genuine and authentic.
Any defects in manufacturing discovered within 30 days of receipt will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced.

Services Provided
Repairs and Replacements: Should repairs or replacements be necessary, we will provide these services at factory cost. Customers are responsible for covering any shipping and handling fees associated with these services.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Loss, theft, or damage not related to manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear.
Items not purchased directly from Vivid Sparkle.
