Returns & Exchanges

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return or exchange. Orders must be in new condition and unused, with the original sealed packaging intact.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by a tracking number.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the jewelry inspection, minus the original shipping cost, upon receipt of the returned item.
For items priced above $179, a $49 handling and shipping fee will apply.
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For orders outside the USA: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs taxes, a refund will be issued with a 30% deduction from the purchase price once the package is received back.
